NEO Bearish Outlook

I'm basing my prediction of the fact that NEO has hit a heavy resistance level, similar to eth not too long ago. Because of this I expect it to fall like so, either rallying one last time for a head and shoulders pattern, or falling to various areas of support and doing small corrections.
