NEO: Reversal at .033

Looking at the harmonics since all time high, Neo dropped 88% (.015 -> .007), gained 44% (.007 -> .01), dropped 50% (.01 -> .05), gained 33% (.05 -> .066) ...

Based on the fundamentals, (NEX coming soon, Red Pulse rebranding, etc, etc...) I see a 50% drop from .066 -> .033 and then reversal.

I didn't mean that. Gotta stick with the plan. Stop at .0028BTC, Target $27. Today sucked for NEO the RSI on the 1 hour is at around 11, which is incredible. There must have been a lot of people with stop orders around .0030-.0032. Is this Capitulation?
