I believe that NEO will break through the resistance wedge and follow up onto another top.
If by chance that doesn't happen it will hit the horizontal support line i marked and bounce off.
There haven't been too many news updates regarding NEO, so i believe that the market cap is getting weaker.
I don't know if you would be interested in trading this cryptocurrency, seeing as the leverage is 1:1.
It's a pass from me, however if you're already in a position with NEO i would suggest a hold and see if it breaks the resistance wedge if it doesn't and breaks support i suggest sell.
