Redid the short term Neo chart. Found even more trend lines converging at the same spot as before. I don't know at all what conclusion to draw from this chart.
Therefore I would stay away from Neo short term.

Finally broke into the ring of the biggest Fibonacci circle set. This is very interesting but I still think there will be more attraction downward, like in the last comment.

Cleaned up the chart somewhat.
Interestingly the only bullish behavior I'm finding is long term.
Found another bearish short term attraction point.
(I'm expecting crashes in cryptos around middle of October)

Remade the chart... Removed the two small Fibonaccis, and moved the giant Fibonacci slightly and added another "twin" giant Fibonacci. Here's the result:
