NFLX: Was victim of newbie again
AAPL few days and now DIS. It's not a first time NFLX has faced competition. Still surviving globally. As a matter of analysts are so off on predicting sub growth. Why would this be different this time. Did you notice, DIS remained at the same price (literally) prior to today's move in past 1 yr. Joke?
Setting up half of what NFLX has will take DIS and AAPL combined 10 years. So this competition thing is overblown imho. Look at this chart...they brought it to 349.8x (right at .618 fib). This is going back to 390+ after er. If this thing was to tank, it would have tanked lot more. Noticed no u/g or d/g has hit NFLX lately. Barrage of u/g will hit the wire and people will run for this.
NFLX can raise the sub cost by $2-$3. Huge amount of rev.
But again this is me. Please do your own study.
