A double top formation can be seen in NIFTY and it is now at it's Neckline. Additionally, the neckline is also coinciding with a 3 months old TL which can be seen clearly in 1Hr Timeframe. The market can go very bearish on breach of this neckline. ALL levels are mentioned in the chart.
