NIFTY 50 - Major Correction every 7th year

NIFTY 50 - Major Correction every 7th year. Will we have a major correction(6300-5700-4700) towards the end of 2017 & start of 2018, when RSI hits 78-80 levels. Or will it be a minor one only to visit the 9000-8000 levels?
