Nifty 50 15min chart 23july19

Nifty 50 is in range from two days upper range 11398 and lower range 11301
Interestingly both day high is 11398 and low is 11301 and 11303.
Overall trend is not positive and through current data I am seeing only short covering.
better wait and sell on rise.
just a view , market is supreme anything can happen.
