If line 1 breaks, It ll go to line 2 level. if the line 2 breaks on closing basis, trend may change to bullish.
Otherwise if it breaks the line 3, it will form a double top breakout. (10114-9687= 427 points.)
Expected Target range if line 3 breaks, 9262-9347.
