Did Nokia broke out?

Nokia's price tanked from 4.3 to 3 euro, after a short consolidation period, it has broken a critical high resistance zone.

Nokia has hugely invested in 5G technology, which is an excellent choice considering the espionage tensions with China. Perhaps it can roll out 5G across Europe and the US. Recently they have signed a partnership with Vodafone Australia to roll out 5G infrastructure.
