NVCR CUP AND HANDLE

NVCR is seriously oversold and has potential for a reversal here. Could be the start of a fresh uptrend. We are currently completing a cup and handle reversal pattern. We have just broken out of the handle. Wait for pullback or enter right away. First target marked on chart as is stop loss. I am opening a small position now then building out from there.
