NZD/USD Breakout or Fakeout ?

Price has break through a key support and now is looking for more Bearish movement. However, we have to keep in mind that there is a chance of a false breakout. So what is the best solution to situation to this ? We could enter short right away but that would be considered risky trade because many many times we have seen these false breakouts. We believe the best possible solution is to enter short with much smaller position than usually and if the breakout confirms than add more to the winning position. But if it turns out to be a fakeout that we would only loss 0.5% of our capital. This is high risk and high reward trade.

What is your approach to situations like this ?

TP1 - 0.59616
TP2 - 0.59115
SL - 0.60615
