Tech run-up before 3rd Nov elections?

QQQ looking to make a run-up to ATH right before the elections.

A good entry would have been 4 to 5 trading days ago when volume broke out of the declining trend but the minor dip in the last Thursday/Friday presents another opportunity to enter.

Targeting 304.08 by 3rd November.
