RAD - Buy a low as possible

RAD seems to have slow down and now trading at bottom end of the range. Not sure if this is an undercut and rally but based on the levels, it seems to have a good RRR. RSI levels are now at the RSI flooring. IF RSI floors get
broker, we can pick it up on lower levels.

I think I can go long if it breaks 13.56 nad break at the low of the candle. Near term TP is 16.48

I bought this stock around 13..56 levels. Got spooked because it was not able to break 17.4 as to my expectation. Then woke up being able to retest it again and up 4%. Need ro re-position on the breakout and need to deploy more capital. This should have been a trend following strategy. Once 17.4 is broken, 20 is porbable in the few weeks.

Set buy order on breakout of 17.50. Stop a 16.48
