$RSR Looking for BIG Move Up

RRSR looks like it's ready for another big run. Last time the 50/100 MA crossed on the 4hr, RRSR went on a 100%+ move. The 50/100 MA's have crossed bullish again and I am looking for something similar to unfold. If this is the case then we will almost certainly test ATH's.
