$RYAM turn coming?

In September of 2018 this stock was above $20. Currently at 2.81. I think a big reversal could be in the future for this chemical company. There were quite a few directors that exercised options in May, as well as a purchase by the CEO in May (about a month before a big pop in the stock . I would be long with these directors/CEO above 2.90ish
