Sugar mayb building a bull flag.

Elliot wise i think we finished some sort of ABC, perhaps now we will get 5 of A and mayb even 3 of 3 of A - thats the bulliest.
COT reports back me up, if the level around 18 will hold it will be very bullish for the short term.
