Sia Coin set up for large breakout?

SC has ATH of .11 in JAN 2018, its been down for the most part until march of this year in which it ran up to .06301(somewhere around there.) It is currently at .0199, and has a great looking setup. I believe that there will be a large rally coming soon. From where the chart is now, up to the previous ATH this year there is still 300% upside, and much more if the SC performs in a similar manner as other coins have this season. Also, SC is just a few spots out of the top 100 coins, and will enter the top 100 shortly after the next breakout.
