SHIB moves above the static support in area 00030 which is also the fibonacci level 0382 only exceeding the upper edge of the descending channel can open to higher targets, otherwise if rejected by the resistance it could return to test the dynamic support offered by the lower edge of the channel drawn, at this stage I would stay and watch
