Shiba Inu 24 hour candles showing a bullish flag?

I'm a beginner when it comes to reading charts, so please correct me if I am wrong. After watching the 24 hour candles, I noticed what looks like a bullish flag forming. I watched it for a few days and now the candle for Thursday March 28th, 2024 is passing over the top of the flag. Is this a bullish flag? Are we about to go into a big bull run? I believe it has already begun, and will be a long one if this is a true bullish flag.
