Silver looking at downward pressure. $15-18 soon?

We have some downward pressure on silver and gold. Miner stocks seems to be a good indicator according to my old friend Mr. Steven Van Metre. I have put 2 targets to be safe but I think lower is more likely at this moment in time. Watch RSI and other indicators for guidance.
