15m SOL: maybe a pump

As you see the price is testing 0.382 level. also we see a downtrend that I believe it hasn't got enough momentum to take the price to say 19.2
Also we have a bullish super-trend signal a few candles back which can be useful.
Optimal entry: 19.65
