Sometimes we all get to involved in the minute to minute noise coming from the media which sensationalize the smallest of issues to fill up the time slots. We tend to make mountains out of molehills, wise investors don't pay any attention to these news stories, they don't even care who the president is. Their focus is on companies and its fundamentals, the trend in the charts in days, weeks and months, not seconds, minutes and hours. It may be helpful that if there is indecision in our minds, buy or sell? go out and look for long term trends, it will help us become wiser and less erratic and reduce over-trading.
