S&P long - short flare or rally?

From the Fibo view we are back into the bullisch area and also the indicator are long (MACD) or close to long. But it is interesting, a set of short and mid term trendlines are crossing and suppose to be barriers or accelerators. Thus it is interesting if this is a bullisch flare/missleading signal (mark the recent doji candle) or if we see again a try to mark a new high.
