Extreme bullish sentiments

Many sentiment index are in extreme bullish territory like CBOE put-call ratio or the Rydex Bull/Bear ratio and so on. These signs made me cautious, very cautious. So I missed the last upward movement and waiting for opening a short position.
The time has just come? Who knows in this very unpredictable, irrational time.

The rising seems to be matured, the resistance zone is very closed, so in the near future, I expect a strong downturn and go through the rising trendline. Without breaking the trendline little new high could be reached as Nasdaq did.
