Personally I'm not sure the bill is enough or has enough consumer protections to help the market out, or that a slush fund designated by the president will enrich anyone other than himself.

The market closed a touch higher than the high from today, still below the previous high. Closed longs for the day and holding out until we see the market react to stimulus bill signing or delay.
