S&P 500 / Nasdaq both seem to have bearish divergences.

I'm not going to fight the fed, but im not going to long the spy or q's yet either. The bearish divergence doesnt seem as strong on the nasdaq except it may be double topping. Do you guys think this is anything to worry about?
