IF SPY CAN BREAK 390

then it will shoot to 400-407
For now its consolidating in the small pennant and its looking heathy for the next move.
Ideal entry is once the 390 is breached and re-tested (it may not care about testing 390)

I DONT SEE IT AS REVERSAL YET.
