TATA MOTORS POSSIBLE DESCENDING TRIANGLE BREAKDOWN???

*stock is constantly rejecting its 20-ema
*upon that the stock is seeing rejection from its bearish trendline
*on the downside there is a visible support at 445 level
*twice market bounced from 445 and moved higher
