Interest Rate Change w/ Relation to 20 year bond price (08-2022)

Trying to make sense of the movement of bond prices w/in the context of rising rates. As you can see by the chart, every year rates on 20-year treasury bonds have increased by around 1% the TBT ETF has rallied around 40%.
