Total Market Cap bouncing from support BTC as well

So we bounced form 2018 ATH, is it going to establish as a support for the next bull market.
Looking from TA point of view, it looks like a good thesis, but if we look at what the world has in place for us right now(war, inflation, pandemic ... ) I would highly doubt it.
It seems more likely to be just a bounce and then crumble lower.
