TESLA Higher low at channel support

Finding support from .382 fib. That appears to be a higher low. Tomorrow Biden's infrastructure plan comes out. Possible EV incentives? Charging? Solar? Batteries? All Tesla's wheelhouse.
Also delivery numbers may surprise on Friday or Saturday. I have been waiting to commit back to this company. This could be the time. I just bought back in. Bullish engulfing candle breakout of descending wedge. (Not shown)
