دولار أمريكي / دولار كنديتم تحديثه USD/CAD
with fomc being next week and usd to report gdp im going to be long on usd..
also major stock earnings are to be reported such as apple, microsoft, facebook, tesla, visa, & many more. If these earnings also come in bad we could also see a stronger dollar. only thing i fear of is the cad retail sales spike tmrw before pmi but alot can happen in 24 hours to give me enought cushion
During the bank of canada meeting yesterday, these were some key points i took from it ...
BoC Governor Macklem:
- Rise in Canadian Dollar does pose some risk
- We don't target the Canadian Dollar
- Most appreciation in Canadian Dollar is coming from broad-based depreciation of US Dollar
