USDCAD - analysis

Massive volatility on this pair. We saw outer structure resistance being respected and we saw the creation of a new Lower Low followed by a low test candle which then was followed by an impulsive push to the upside with a bullish engulfing candle. Could this bullish impulse be merely a retest of broken structure, or a retest of prior lows? We'll let the market tell us. Neutral for now.
