BoC's Macklem:
- If CAD continues to rise could be more of a headwind to export projections
- If CAD moves a lot higher it could have a material impact on our outlook and how we set monetary policy

after the great news, prices have retraced a little in eurcad but a lot in uc as the dollar is weaker than the euro at the moment. i see this move as a buy the rumor sell the news, type of event but we are still in tact for the long term
