USDJPY, 4 hour timeframe, double top or bear flag

Based on the 4 hour timeframe we could see price moving inside the area which i have highlighted.

Area around 106.75-106.85 served as support previously. During this last 10 days, price tested this area 3 times.
Price finally closed below it on 4hr timeframe at Tuesday.

We could see further drop in USDJPY from this point
