Always buy/sell at .50 and the 80/20 zone

Why does price approach round numbers and start to fall through only to see it turned back. Bc ppl think in round numbers (within around twenty pips of even numbers--80 to 20 zone). This is also why your stops are taken out. It's just the market picking up orders.
