USDJPY great chance to sell

USDJPY showing a great chance to be sold just after FED decision . technically for 3 main reasons:
1. the upper red line that shows a limit for highs
2. the downside red line that cross the chart is intersects the upper line at the point on which i suggest to be sold.
3. Fibonacci also intersects with the red lines at .382 (120.95)

Fundamentally: i expect no raise for FED interest rates
