The line below shows the High Liquidity Zone(HLZ) which is Significant Support Resistance(SSR) been touched many time. Therefore, the pattern will show up as a Quasimodo because H1 structure breaker has been occur. Now, we are waiting to the price coming down a bit and watch the price action. If the price give a sign to be reject on that line, we will get the opportunity to take long position.
