I should have stated that if we had gotten a breakout retest and continuation taking out the last high the go long.
Also i have now realized that there was in fact a counter trend line (C.T.L) present and in addition price action (P.A) has manged to break out retest and continuation taking out the previous low a short trade would be valid.

Even thought this is a loss lesson learnt always trade what you see and not what you think.

What i should have done is draw the pennant and allow the breakout retest and continuation the take place in whichever way.
