Possible Support/Resistance Flip on US OIL

Looks like USOIL could very well be seeing a double break/retest of the support level, if this level holds I believe it may establish support and move up to the next major moving averages.

Price looks to be stalling out here; but could very possibly be establishing another support/resistance flip! Depending on further price action this may be another accumulation before the next leg upwards.
