USOIL: I EXPECT SOMETHING SIMILAR

Hi guys, this is not a forecast or TA, just a possible manipulation in Oil market.

i think we will see something similar before a huge decline in price.

If not, i'm wrong and it's ok, i was bearish since the top so for me it's not a trade this, now i'm talking just to allert other with strange manipulation.
