USOIL - Squaring out in time and price between Feb 8 and Feb 16

The move from 26.03 low on Feb 2016 - twice that low =%2.06 where prices either topped out on June 9th and Oct 18 (+/- $0.40 points) - they retraced from that level ($52.06 ) down to $39.17 (which is $26.03 + 50% = $39.05) and then again back to $42.18 (+/- $26.03 + .6125).
