USOIL : RED LIGHT OR GREEN LIGHT ?...

And index such as SP500, DOW JONES, have stopped climbing higher.
What does it mean ?
As I’m not a Magician girl, I can’t answer to this question.
In my point of view, I’m confident that an agreement will be reached in time for the May 25 OPEC summit.
Thus, sooner or later there will be a great opportunity to purchase crude oil at a good price.
But, as I said, I may be wrong.

In the chart, there is a significant resistance between 38 and 44.
Reversal up trend can be operate in this area 44-38.
But, if price will go Under 38… woa!! Red light !
