1. looking for a higher low support along here

2. we could test this resistance and go back down to fight higher support, hopefully we will break through and hit the targets above

showing bullish divergences on the 1hr time frames

i'm pretty new to trading so not 100% confident, could someone please let me know if this could outcome?
