After today's CPI data was released, spot gold rose to around 1971 in the short term. In yesterday's Monday article, I told everyone that the gold price change window was coming. As expected, gold rose sharply from around 1931 to around 1950 yesterday.
Today it continues to rise again under the influence of cpi, and it is currently near 1971.
I also informed everyone to buy gold near 1931 on Monday night.
At present, our orders have been stopped at 1970.
Looking at the daily line:
The current daily line is a five-wave downward trend. I completely agree with the general trend of gold being short.
At present, our buying of gold is only based on the upward trend of the fourth wave.
The bottom of a wave is between 1970 and 1980, so this four-wave rise cannot exceed 1980. If the entity exceeds 1980, it will be very difficult to see a sharp decline this week.
On the contrary, if it rises to 1970-1980 this time and then falls again, it may directly break through 1900 and never look back.
Therefore, when gold reaches 1970-1980, do not over-buy. This is almost the entry position for short orders.
On the contrary, we should use the top of 1980 as a defensive stop to go short. If nothing else happens, this will be a big wave of short profits.
