CONCLUSION --- Both bears and bulls have valid argument. A fake BO of this KEY ZONE down could be construed as a big bear trap, and that cud herald a wild advance. Alternatively, A decisive Break of this KEY ZONE would invariably shake off all bulls. TIMING IS KEY!
