i want to short ~19700 and long the heavy wicks to ~11600. the important part is to close over 13800 on December 31.
lots of new quiet money in the market that needs punishment. also the more severe the dump ( anything from 37 - 40% ) the more i tend to believe in the bull market. a good 40% retrace and lots of wicks is what they start with. new all time highs next year
