seems like with supposed financial firms accumulating that BTC would skyrocket but it is manipulated in my opinion so here is long term to 30k by end of year just for shats and gaggles

here is our move to the .382 level which is a buy zone if it begins to bounce here forming a bullish wedge. Volume not on this chart but it is weak making this down move weak in my opinion.

This move is a shakeout with no volume but I fear any significant break of 9500 to 9800 area will result in panic selling
