Lumen (XLM): Possible Accumulation Breakout

Created by a co-founder of Ripple, Lumen looks like its ready to go. Recapturing the lower median line (LMH) is a very bullish sign then Median Line fork frequency is still in effect. Now we are making an attack on the high. Ability to overcome this would create a new dimension of new buying in the market most likely taking price to the Median Line, then UMH. Possibly psychological number $1 in mind.
